Aurora Energy

Research workshops were previously held to re-imagining Aurora from a cultural
standpoint and identifying the values that could support the culture. Participants discussed themes such as emerging technologies, decentralised power generation, digital disruption, the threat of start-ups and organisations such Amazon and Google to power companies. The discussions emphasised the importance of collaborative ways of working, team spirit, going above and beyond to deliver excellent customer and brand experiences and peer-to-peer recognition for expressing the Aurora values in a revitalised Aurora culture. Aurora currently has a way employees can give peer-to-peer recognition.
